Double Lace Braid Headband

Hello everyone,

I hope you had a beautiful day, hard to believe another week is coming to an end.  My hairstyle today was a double lace braid headband with a low bun.  A very easy-to-make pretty updo <3

Headband braid and curly bun~ my look for today

Hello friends, Happy New Year!

I thought my bun today resembled either a pom-pom or a firework, both of which seem fitting for New Year's Eve-eve :-)  I hope you have a fun time celebrating with family and friends.  Thank you for being my friend and following my hair posts!

Triple French Braid Headband

Hello everyone,

This morning I had a fancy headband updo on my mind, so I ended up fixing my hair in three small French headband braids combined with a side bun.  I love small French braids!  And side buns!  So the two combined is definitely a favorite hair'do :-)
The morning sun was so bright, I ended up taking pictures in the shade and also in the sunshine.  It's interesting to see the difference between the two.  I hope wherever in the world you are, you have a lovely day <3

Lace braid headband~ my look for today

Hi friends,

Something a little different, not so much in hair but in picture taking~ my attempt at taking hair pictures on my own :-p  As funny as selfie-sticks look, I may just invest in one for rare occasions like today!  Love to all, see you again soon!

Fountain Bun

Hi everyone,

I tried something a little bit different, trying to copy a look I had seen on Facebook by Cute & Glossy Braids.  (She does such amazing hairstyles on her beautiful daughters!)

First I made the small lace braid, then I put my hair in a bun, but kept out a small section of hair to use as an accent.  I wrapped it around my bun, right behind my headband braid, then arranged the end of my smooth accent section by pinning it in different places with bobby pins.  The result reminded me of a fountain :-)
