Fun Triple Buns

Hi friends,

Today I wore a favorite top that says "Love Life"~ always a good reminder.  To complete my outfit I wore a very special necklace that I got as a Christmas present from a dear friend, so special <3  So of course I had to fix my hair in a style that would rise to the occasion.  I decided to try something a little new and different and made triple low buns.
Thank you for coming to see my new post!  Be sure to check out my Facebook page when you get time, lots of fun posts there :-)

Headband braid and curly bun~ my look for today

Hello friends, Happy New Year!

I thought my bun today resembled either a pom-pom or a firework, both of which seem fitting for New Year's Eve-eve :-)  I hope you have a fun time celebrating with family and friends.  Thank you for being my friend and following my hair posts!

Curly Bun for Super Long Hair

Hi everybody,

Thank you for coming by to see my new post!  Today I used little elastics to make a small lattice-look on one side, then I put my hair into a ponytail.  I put a hairclip around the base of my ponytail to hold my hair in place, then started wrapping my hair around in a bun and added little clips as I went.  The overall effect looked rather like a curly bun, I thought.  A simple way to turn long straight hair into a more textured hair-do :-)
Sometimes friends ask where do I get all my hairclips.  All of these came from Ross.  I came back from Guam with quite a stash!  Many of my jeweled hairclips I got here on my island.  And one time a girlfriend in Germany sent me some beautiful pearl hairclips.  So you see I get them from many places :-)

Knotted Updo

 Hello friends,

Thank you so much for all the views and comments on my latest length pictures~ I'm so happy to share these pictures with my on-line friends!  Here are some of my hairstyle for today~ I made a few two-strand knots across the top, then loosely tied the strands together.  For my bun, I made many one-strand knots and pinned them in place with bobby pins:
