I hope you are having a wonderful and relaxing week-end. Today I fixed my hair in two Dutch braids that I pulled on to give the blossom effect. It's funny how you can actually put effort into making a hairstyle appear messy~ shabby chic, perhaps?

Double Lace Braid Headband
Hello everyone,
I hope you had a beautiful day, hard to believe another week is coming to an end. My hairstyle today was a double lace braid headband with a low bun. A very easy-to-make pretty updo <3

Dutch Braids with Rosette Accents
Hello everyone,
Today I braided my hair in two blossom-Dutch braids and added three small braid rosettes as accents. I have seen variations of this look on the internet, and wanted to try it out myself. My hair is still extra-soft from the hair mask treatment I used a few nights ago~ so easy to mix together and always has such fabulous results <3

Double French Braids
Hi everyone,
Today I fixed my hair in a style I tried once a long time ago, double French braids but with a hidden center part. To hide the part, first I divide my hair in half. Then when I'm making my first braid, I separate out the innermost sections of hair that I would normally add. I gather the corresponding section of hair from the opposite side of my center part. When I make my second braid I use the sections saved from my first braid, and this is what gives my braids the criss-crossed look that hides my center part at the same time. I hope this makes sense! A second mirror is definitely needed for this hairstyle so I can see the back of my head as I'm braiding and make sure I am keeping the sections straight.

Double braids with a push-up accent~ my attempt to rise to the challenge
Hi everybody,
A few days ago a challenge was posted on the Braid Zone's Facebook page, to make a hairstyle using double braids and push-up braid accent. Here are pictures of my own attempt to meet the challenge :-) I made a zig-zag part, then braided my hair in two French braids. I left a small section of hair out of one side to use as my accent braid which was a regular 3-strand English braid. I finished off my look with a loose side bun.
Thank you for coming by to see my pictures! I hope you have a lovely day, whatever season of the year it happens to be where you are. I'm excited to say that although technically it is fall here where I am visiting friends in the US, the weather has been almost as warm as summertime! Beautiful changing leaves with warm tempratures <3
