Spring-time Ponytail

Hello friends,

The morning sun, blue sky and purple crepe myrtle made the perfect background for my spring-time ponytail.  To make this hairstyle I braided a headband waterfall braid, then put my hair into a low ponytail.  I decided to fold my ponytail up once rather than wear it down at full-length, and put it over my shoulder.  My little flower clips were the perfect accents, plus they kept my braided ponytail in place all day long.
Thank you for following my posts here and on Facebook!  Have a beautiful week <3

Purple Rose Waterfall

Hello everyone,

Today was another beautiful sunny (and windy!) island day.  I fixed my hair in a waterfall braid, then braided the loose pieces into a lace braid directly under my waterfall braid.  I've seen this hairstyle called a ladder braid on the internet, but it reminds me more of a woven palm frond.
I added a single purple rose to the side of my bun as an accent, one of the flowers I saved from my Rapunzel braid at Halloween.  Thank you for coming to see my new post!

Sunny Day Waterfall Hairstyle

Hi friends,

My hair was soft and clean after washing it last night, so today I made this waterfall braided hairstyle.  I made two waterfall braids and interlaced them, then put my hair in a low braided bun.  What a beautiful sunny day it was!  And such bright, lovely flowers to have as a background to my pictures :-)

Waterfall braid~ and my new selfie-stick pictures

Hi everybody,

I did it, I got one :-)  With a little more practice hopefully I will master the art of taking selfie-hair pictures when no one is around to take them for me.  And pics of one of my favorite looks, a  simple waterfall braid and a side bun.  Thanks for viewing my new post!

Waterfall Updo

Hi everybody,

October 1st seemed like a good day to post a "fall" hairstyle~ in my case, a waterfall braid updo :-)  I interlaced the braids together which gives them a woven look that I love.  For my bun, I put my hair into a low ponytail, then loosely wrapped it up into a bun adding clips at random. Thank you so much for subscribing and coming by to see my new post! Happy October <3
