Princess braid & ocean view

Hi everyone,

I remember when I first read about this hairstyle in a paperback book on hair-braiding. The book called this look a princess braid~ two lace braids combined in a single English braid. I like this hairstyle because it is easy to make but still looks nice.
I love my new blue dress, and the chance to enjoy a beautiful ocean view. Thank you for coming by to see my new post.

A simple and easy bun~ my look for today

Hi friends,

This morning I coiled my hair into a simple bun held in place with random clips.  An easy way to start the day!  Of course my favorite part about my look for today was the fringe on the bottom of my new shirt :-)
Thank you for coming to see my new post, I hope you have a great week-end.

Layered Cinnamon Bun~ my look for today

Hi friends,

Today I fixed my hair in a simple cinnamon bun.  But instead of gathering all my hair up into the bun at once, I made my bun out of three layers.  First I took a small section of hair from the top of my head and wrapped it around in a cinnamon bun.  Then I took the middle section of hair and wrapped it around my first bun.  Finally I wrapped the lowest section of hair around and my bun was finished.  I had added hair-clips as I went to make sure my hair stayed securely in place.  Thank you for coming to see my new post!

Easy braided updo~ my look for today

Hello everybody,

Today I went "easy" and made two random French braids with a braided bun.  A fun, simple hairstyle that still looks classy :-)
I'm excited to say that my blog's Facebook page reached 500 likes.  Thank you, my friends!  I hope you all have a safe, peaceful, beautiful week-end <3

Tiny braids & cinnamon bun~ my look for today

Hi friends,

I washed my hair in the morning for a change, and let it air dry for a bit before making tiny accent braids and then a cinnamon bun.  When I made my bun, I put my hair into a low ponytail first and added a clip after one twist, then the second clip on the outside of the bun after I finished twisting all my hair up.  Thank you for coming by to see my new pictures, and thank you for all the views on my Youtube videos!  I can't believe that my first video has already passed 4,000 views!

Side Lace Braids

Hi everybody,

This is one of my favorite hairstyles when I don't feel like trying something complicated.  It's easy and pretty!  I like to pull a little bit on the center section of smooth hair to give it a slight bump.  I put my hair into a low ponytail before making my bun, and this helps keep it up all day long because the clips have something to anchor to.  Thanks for stopping by to look at my pictures!
