Upside-Down French Braid~ my look for today

Hello friends,

Today I fixed my hair in a style I don't do very often, an upside-down French braid.  I loved being able to use my new hair fork from my sweet friends at Grah-Toe Studio!  I made one upside-down French braid with most of my hair, then stood up straight and made a normal French braid with the hair right behind my bangs.  This helped keep my hair from looking scraped back from the front view.
Thanks so much for stopping by to see my pictures!

Dragon Queen Hairstyle

Hello everyone,

With Halloween coming up tomorrow, I'm finally posting pictures from our trip to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.  My sister went as a Dragon Queen, and (you probably can tell) I went as Princess Leia.  More of that hairstyle in my next post, but now here is my sister's upside-down French braid and sock bun combination, a perfect match for her dress and crown.  What a fun time we had!

French Braid Pile-Up

Hi everybody,

This morning I tried something a little adventurous -- I parted my hair down the center, then divided the two sections in half to make a total of four parted sections (like a pie divided four ways).  I made two upside-down French braids and two regular French braids, then combined all the braid tails into a high ponytail which I wrapped up into a bun.  Here are (quite a few!) pictures of the results.  I think hairstyles with multiple braids always look so fun.  As always, thank you for following my hairstyle blog!  I appreciate everyone's views and comments :-)

Micronesian Girl~ Opposite French Braids

Hello everybody!

My little friend had the cutest hairstyle on Sunday~ her mama made a crooked middle part and braided one French braid from top to bottom, the other braid from bottom to top.  Such a sweet look <3
