Braids & Bows Updo

Christmas Wreath Updo

Hello everyone,

Today I fixed my hair in a style that ended up looking like a Christmas wreath~ how nicely appropriate for the day before Christmas Eve :-)  I hope that you are having a lovely holiday, my friends.  All my best wishes and a warm hug from the islands.  Thank you for following my blog!

Mermaid-style accent braid

Hi friends,

I hope you have a wonderful week-end!  Today I made a very small braid lace braid, but added hair every few strands instead of every time~ what I saw on Pinterest is called "mermaid" braid.  I put my hair in a side bun, and pinned the end of my braid in place like a bow.  A fun little "extra" :-)
     (You can probably tell that I love my new shirt!)

Christmas Day Lace-and-Bows Hairstyle

Merry Christmas, my friends!  I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas Day.  My sister gave me these beautiful hair-bows, and my favorite color, too!  To make this hairstyle, I made two slanted lace braids and then put my hair into a low side ponytail.  I turned that into a side bun, pinned it in place with bobby pins and one hair clip which I hid under my bun, and added my Christmas bows as accents.  Thank you for coming by to view my Christmas Day 'do!

Today I finally managed to make my first hair-bow braid!  I added another hair-bow as an accent to my bun.  This look was very popular among all my friends who saw it in person...thank you for stopping in to see my pictures!
